At Redneck Scientific, our mission is simple: to share world-class barbecue with everyone we meet. Rooted in a passion for the “science of smoke,” we bring a scientific twist to BBQ—constantly innovating with new recipes, house-made sauces, and dry rubs crafted from our award-winning competition formulas.
Having earned multiple BBQ titles across the globe, we’re dedicated to transforming championship flavors into unforgettable meals for our community. Because for us, great barbecue isn’t just food—it’s an experience worth sharing.
We approach BBQ like a science experiment—tweaking rubs, sauces, and smoking techniques to achieve perfect flavor every time!
Redneck Scientific began as a competitive BBQ team and quickly rose to fame, ranking 4th in the nation by the Kansas City Barbecue Society in 2016!
Our recipes and techniques have earned them multiple Grand and Reserve Grand Champion titles at BBQ competitions across the globe!
We craft our own signature sauces and rubs, known as “Sawce,” bottled and sold so fans can bring championship flavors home!
